1. Agreement to Terms

2. Who We Work With

We Scale Creators is a performance-based publishing and marketing partner for established info-product brands and creators. We typically work with businesses that:

• Have an existing, proven offer in the information / education space;
• Maintain relatively low refunds and chargebacks; and
• Have an audience or brand presence online.

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application or potential partnership at our sole discretion.

3. No Agency Relationship for Site Visitors

Merely visiting our websites, funnels, or booking a call with us does not create a partnership, client relationship, or any obligation for us to provide services. Any formal working relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement or contract, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our sites and in our funnels—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and software—is owned by or licensed to We Scale Creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission;
• Use any of our brand names, logos, or trademarks without our express consent; or
• Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of any software or tools we provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our sites or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our sites, funnels, or campaigns; or
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

6. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

We specialize in building and scaling profitable funnels, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific results, revenue, or return on investment. Any examples of past results, case studies, or earnings described in our content are exceptional and not typical. Your results will vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, your market, offer, pricing, audience, operations, compliance, and your own effort.

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes. You agree that We Scale Creators is not liable for your success or failure, or for any business decisions you make based on information, strategies, or services provided by us.

7. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Nothing we provide—whether on our websites, in our funnels, in emails, or during calls—should be considered legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific situation before acting on any information or implementing any strategy.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use or link to third-party tools and platforms (such as ad platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, CRMs, Typeform, etc.). We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party tool or site is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Scale Creators and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Any decisions you make or actions you take based on our content or services;
• Any interruption, error, or security incident involving our sites, funnels, or tools; or
• Any interactions with third-party tools, platforms, or providers.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services exceed the amount you have paid directly to us for the specific service at issue, if any.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We Scale Creators, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

11. Refunds & Payments

Any payments, fees, or profit-sharing structures for our services will be governed by specific service agreements or order forms. Those agreements will control any refund, billing, or payment terms. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all sales are final and no refunds are guaranteed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which We Scale Creators is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
